Speed Gear Box:
The Speed Gear Box transmits the motor rotation through crank to the Ram. It is an individual part of the cmachine clamped at back wall. A V-belt clutch pulley mounted on the in front shaft is used for transmitted rotation as well ascengaging or disengaging the Gear Box transmission Six Speeds are provided with Gear Box. Controls of Gear Change lever and clutch handle are centralized for easy reach of the operator.

Cross Slide And Apron Slide:
It is a Box shaped casting mounted on its well proportioned slide ways in front of the body. It is locked square to the means of adjustment for maintaining the alignments and clamped to resist the direct cutting thrust.

Universal Table:
The Table is Box shaped iron casting provided with T -Slots for fastening the work pieces. The table rests on a Horizontal Slide moving along the Saddle ways. The Saddle in turn, slides on the Bed Vertical ways to move the table invertical direction. Horizontal Table feed can be affected either by hand or power under large loadings a Table sport is used by clamping at front End.

Table Feed Mechanism:
The Mechanism provides Horizontal Table feed sleeplessly by auto Block. It is mounted on a
separate i.e. case attached to the Bed side wall. A slotted gear fitted in case at crank shaft end. Table feed takes place at ram reserve stroke only.

Ram:
Ram is of Heavy cross section to resist cutting stresses. The length of stroke can be changed by a hand wheel located above whilist the machine is in operation. The Crank Mechanism connected to the Ram reduces the letter reciprocating motion.

Auto Lubrication System:
An auto lubrication pump is providing pressured oil to the Ram ways. Crank arm gears and
all bearings and other important working parts with exception of the saddle and table etc which are gun lubricated.

Main Drive:
Drive is by Electric Motor mounted on the body back wall on Motor Rails through multiple V-Belts to a clutch
pulley on the machine Gear Box incorporating a modern expending ring clutch for quickly arresting the Ram in any required position. A neat and effection guard encloses the entire drive.

Tool Slide:
It is carried by the Ram and internal thrust faces are arranged to relieves the Swivel Pin from cutting stresses. The Tools Box designed to swivels through 60 Degree on either sides of the vertical slide with accuracy Micro collar is fitted to the feed screw. The Vertical slides fitted with a full length taper GIB adjustable for wear.

Main Body Casting:
Main body casting in a Box casting mounted on the machine Base. Internal Ribs ensure the necessary strength and stiffness of the Body. The Ram slides on the Guide Ways at top. Flat ways for vertical travel of table movement are provided at the body front wall. A hole in the body right hand wall is provided for Bull Gear bearing assembly. The usual length of Ram Guides ensures an efficient bearing for the Ram in all position of strikes.

Base Casting:
The Base supporting the Body is heavily constructed and well ribbed and confirms the oil Pump provided with suitable strains so as to prevent grit or Dust from mixing with the Lubrication Oil.
